In February of 2017 at the Chicago Auto Show, Chevrolet announced the introduction of the Redline special edition series, which will serve to easily customize vehicles. According to Brian Sweeney, U.C. vice president of Chevrolet, “Our special edition lineup has been popular with customers and dealers alike.” So, why not continue reading to learn more about the nine special Redline editions, and what they may be able to offer to you as a motor vehicle driver!
Nine vehicles in the Chevrolet car, truck and crossover segments offer a Special Edition. The vehicles that the Redline Special Edition may be purchased with include these: Cruze LT (sedan and hatchback), Malibu LT, Camaro LT/SS (coupe and convertible), Trax LT, Equinox LT, Traverse Premier, Colorado LT, the Silverado Double Cab LT Z71 and the Silverado Crew Cab LTZ Z71.
Redline Design
If you purchase a Redline Special Edition vehicle, then you will get a vehicle that has a black Chevrolet bowtie logo, a blacked-out grille, black nameplates with a red outline, and black wheels that feature distinct red hash marks. Essentially, the Redline special editions will give your Chevy vehicle an urban, street-smart look. It will also make your vehicle look unique; it will really stand out from all other vehicles!
Each of the nine models mentioned above comes with special elements that are tailored to it. For example, the Camaro Redline will have unique black hash marks above its wheels, which is a design cue taken from Chevrolet’s motorsports history. Silverado and Colorado variants of the Red Line package come with red tow hooks.
