This was the complete best leasing experience I’ve ever had. The salesman Keith Williams was awesome. He was transparent about pricing from the beginning. No smoke and mirrors or surprise costs. Very detailed through the whole process. Special attention given to go over all the workings of the automobile. The financial part with Omar was quick and concise. After speaking with GM financial on the phone and being assured that I could return my leased Chevy Equinox back to ANY chevy dealer, EAST HILLS CHEVY told me on the phone that since I did not purchase/lease the vehicle through them - that I was unable to return the lease to their facility. This is in direct opposition to what GM FINANCIAL told me on the phone.

Was helping out a buddy's dad with a Traverse lease. Rick was very patient with my husband and I. He showed us all of our options and then found truck that was in my price range also took my trade in for the best price possible. Loved how he didn't like how my truck was ready for delivery and sent it back to be washed and cleaned again. I love the truck I came home with and happy with my experience.
